The RTA-60 and RTA-60GK are open to travel players, both boys and girls, in the region. Age groups include U9-U16. Players are invited in for an initial two week evaluation phase of training and playing, free of charge. All sessions are run with a low player to coach ratio to maximize the development of each player. After the two week evaluative process, players who are selected for the RTA will be notified. Players accepted into the program will receive a PUMA training shirt. Training sessions will consist of 60 minutes of intense, age-appropriate technical activities (with a focus on ball mastery) and strategic tactical development.

Each session will be run by a top level, experienced and nationally licensed coach.Cost: $180/player for Spring Session (6 sessions)

The RTA-90 is only open to players who have been selected from the RTA-60 training. At this stage players will receive player development seminars from health and wellness professionals in addition to the on-field training sessions. The focus is on total player development and seeks to address all aspects of an elite player's development (technical, tactical, mental, and physical). Training sessions will consist of 60 minutes of intense technical work (with a focus on ball mastery) and appropriate tactical development.

Each session will be run by a top level, experienced and nationally licensed coach.Cost: $200/player for Spring Session (6 field sessions and 4 seminars)

Players are evaluated over a one week period, free of charge, and then recommended to an appropriate pathway to further their development.

Age Groups:

  1. Bring top-level players together in like-ability groupings to train at a higher level and develop at a faster pace than if they only trained with their club team.
  2. Allow players the flexibility to remain with their travel or premier club team but find an additional challenging developmental experience aimed at helping players reach their goals.
  3. Continue the mission of growing soccer in our region and providing players with appropriate training and developmental models recommended by US Soccer, the NSCAA, and US Youth Soccer.

Goalkeepers receive specific GK training in the RTA-60GK and RTA-90GK development programs.

The RTA has been designed to provide travel and premier players in Western New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania with a top-class technical training and player development program in a central and convenient location.
